shippingfreight.com, Inc. offers its' services as a shipping coordinator and therefore is not liable for the actual shipment. All claims for damage, undelivered goods or other problems concerning the shipment are strictly the carriers’ responsibility. All residential ground shipments are insured under the National Motor Carriers Association rules as NMFC item 100240 Sub1. This insures your goods at value of $.10 per pound, if you require additional insurance we can provide it through an independent insurance company at nominal costs. If your item is coming from the manufacturer or if this is a commercial shipment it can be insured for actual value up to $25.00 per pound. Ask an agent about this. Commercial shipments may also be insured for "Release Value" once again, ask one of our agents. Customer agrees to pay for the actual shipment based upon the actual size and or weight of the shipment along with any additional services performed at the customers’ request or necessitated by the nature of the shipment regardless of the estimated cost. Payment is due on receipt. If payment is 15 days past due the discount will not apply and the invoice will be re-billed and payable at full market cost. If the cost differs from the amount originally charged to the customer, the customers’/signature providers/credit card holders account will be debited upon shippingfreight.com, Inc. being notified of the difference. Any costs arising from the use of shipping papers other than those provided by shippingfreight.com will be made payable by and charged to the customers account. Shippingfreight.com will attempt to notify the customer of these actions. If the charges are disputed it is the customers’ responsibility to produce reasonable documentation as to the actual size, and or weight of the shipment and any additional services. All costs related to disputed charges will be paid by the party found at fault. When a customer cancels a shipment refunds may be provided minus a 10% handling fee. Once a shipment has been dispatched for pick up cancellation is not guaranteed. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made in writing. After 30 days late fees may apply. shippingfrieght.com, Inc reserves the right to use a collection agency. All costs arising from collection of unpaid balances including but not limited to collection fees and or legal fees, will be paid by the invoiced party. By accepting the services of shippingfreight.com, Inc. you also accept these terms and conditions.
